My stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. However, I found the room smaller than expected, and I had some issues with amenities like the Wi-Fi and hot water. Overall, while I enjoyed the hospitality and the breakfast, there were enough small annoyances that impacted my stay.

Rooms
6.0
I booked a deluxe room, but it felt much smaller than advertised, and there was only one chair for two of us. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too high for my liking.
Service

The staff were excellent and very kind. Long Tran, the manager, was particularly helpful with organizing transport, and I appreciated the warm welcome from everyone at the hotel.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great location within the busy Old Quarter, making it convenient to explore most attractions on foot. However, the noise from the street could be a downside for some.
Dining

Breakfast offered a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruits and some cooked options. However, I recommend going early to enjoy the best selection.
Facilities

The hotel provided essential amenities like coffee and tea in the room, but I faced some inconsistencies with hot water and Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay.

I had an overall fantastic stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the bustling Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the local markets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a good mix of both local and international options. However, the rooms were a bit dated and could use some freshening up. 🏨

Rooms

The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable mattress, though the decor felt slightly dated. There was also a nice balcony with city views, which I enjoyed. However, I noticed some dampness, possibly due to humidity.
Service

The staff were excellent, ready to assist with anything I needed. They helped me plan my day and even arranged a late checkout for me.
Location

The hotel's central location in the Old Quarter allowed me to easily venture out to the local markets and the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake nearby, which was great for my evening walks.
Dining

Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options available and everything freshly prepared. I loved the mix of local and international dishes.

The hotel offered various services, including room service and tour assistance, which I found very convenient. However, I would suggest having an inventory list in the minibar.

5.0/10

My stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent, right next to the night market and only a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the facilities left much to be desired. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower was small and I could barely fit under it. Service was a highlight, as the staff was very helpful and friendly, steering me through the bustling streets with my luggage when needed.

The Superior Double room was clean and spacious, but the shower was tiny. I felt a bit cramped, though I didn't spend much time there.
Service

The staff, especially Lilly and Annie, were super helpful and friendly, providing excellent tips for my next adventures.
Location

The hotel is situated in the hectic Hanoi Old Centre, just a stone's throw from the nightlife and local attractions, making it super convenient.
Dining

Breakfast offered a variety of good options, including the chance to order eggs and pancakes, plus some baked treats that were quite a treat.

While I appreciated the room service and housekeeping, there were some issues with hot water and air conditioning that affected my overall experience.

My stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel was enjoyable overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the vibrant old quarter of Hanoi. While the service was generally excellent, I did feel that the breakfast variety could have been improved. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my visit all the more pleasant.

Rooms

I found the rooms to be spacious and well-maintained. I stayed in three different rooms throughout my visit, and they were all comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Service
9.0
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They even went out of their way to pack a breakfast for me when I needed it. Their kindness really enhanced my stay, although I would note that an extra pillow would have been nice.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the old quarter, close to many tourist spots, restaurants, and markets. I loved being able to watch the bustling street life from my balcony.
Dining

Breakfast was decent with enough options to fill me up, though it lacked variety. I enjoyed the opportunity to choose items like crepes and pancakes.
Facilities

The hotel offers a range of facilities, including housekeeping and shuttle services. However, I did find the airport transportation cost to be on the high side compared to other options.

The breakfast was enjoyable, although I would have liked a bit more variety. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, but the low water flow in the shower was a minor inconvenience.
